Pet Procedure’’ for all guests entering the hotel with their pets are required to sign.
Pets up to 6 kg are welcome and free of charge. One pet in each room can stay.
Pet bedding, food, and water bowls are provided by the owners.
Pets are always allowed in hotel general areas determined by the business. They must
be kept under control and surveillance on a leash. Pet can not be left unattended and
the responsibility lies entirely with the owner.
Pets can enter the interior of the social areas (such as the spa, and restaurant) and
pool in the hotel; they cannot enter the pier. Next to the owners on the sandy beach
or grassy garden part, they can be found with a leash.
In cases where the pet will cause complaints from other guests, the facility.
The pet-owning guest will already accept the complaints-solving solutions they will
find. (such as changing rooms or leaving the hotel).
For any damage that the pet may cause in the facility, cleaning, repair, etc. the hotel
owner undertakes to pay the amount to be determined at the reservation stage.
Pet-owning guests should not have pets in and around the hotel’s general areas.
Particular sensitivity to the necessary cleaning after the trips are expected to show.
Health certificate, vaccination paper, etc. showing the regular veterinary records of
the pet.
The documents must be with the guest who has a pet during the stay and the hotel in
case of request, it is expected to be submitted to the hotel management. Lack of
relevant documents for pets is not allowed in the hotel.
Pets cannot benefit from the products and services available to guests (such as towels,
plates, and glasses).
During room cleaning, the pet should be kept on a leash with its owner outside or
inside the room must be.
The hotel reserves the right to restrict the number of pets staying in the room and the
entire hotel.
The management treats guests who do not comply with Toka Bodrum Hotels’ petfriendly
policies and reserves the right to refuse service.
